The notion of succession is explored in non-English communication using the modal approach of Google Translate. There is no universal translator for the English language, let alone for any language. How do words from one language translate into another language? How accurately does the conversation translate from one language to another? With Angeles fluent in Spanish and English, and Goswami fluent in Gujarati and English and conversant in Hindi, both artists essentially perform a "jugalbandi" through their native languages.
